Unlocking the Power of Rotating Electromagnets

Description of working principle

Energizing to generate a magnetic field:

When power is applied, current flows through the coil. According to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, a toroidal magnetic field is generated around the coil. The core and rotor (or armature) are magnetized, forming magnets with opposite polarities, thereby generating electromagnetic attraction force.

Magnetic force driving rotation:

When the magnetic field passes through the iron core, the iron core gets magnetized and becomes a strong magnet; the rotor (or armature) is placed in the magnetic field, and its internal magnetic domains are aligned, forming fixed magnetic poles. After both are magnetized, they present opposite polarities (such as N pole - S pole). According to the principle that opposite magnetic poles attract each other, an interacting electromagnetic force is generated.

De-energizing to reset:

Electromagnetic force drives the rotor to rotate, achieving the conversion of electrical energy into mechanical energy.
