As the 2026 Chinese Spring Festival draws near, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your long-term trust and support for Ningbo Jianyuan Electric's electromagnet products and services. To ensure the smooth operation of your business during the holiday, we hereby release the detailed arrangements for logistics, delivery, and after-sales service during the holiday period. Please kindly take note to make proper preparations.
1. Spring Festival Holiday Schedule
Based on national statutory holidays and the company's operational needs, the holiday arrangement is as follows:

Holiday Period: February 13, 2026 (the 26th day of the 12th lunar month) to February 23, 2026 (the 7th day of the 1st lunar month)

Official Resumption Date: February 24, 2026 (the 8th day of the 1st lunar month)
2. Electromagnet Product Order & Shipping Schedule
To guarantee the timely delivery of your orders, please pay attention to the following time nodes for order submission and confirmation:

Standard & Customized Electromagnets: Please complete order placement and confirmation by January 15, 2026. We will prioritize production and shipping arrangements. Conventional electromagnets (including magnetic lugs, retaining magnets, rotating magnets, linear solenoids, etc.) will be shipped no later than February 12, 2026.

Custom-Made Special Electromagnets: For customized products such as high-temperature, high-frequency, or back electromotive force (EMF) electromagnets, due to their complex manufacturing and testing processes, please submit detailed technical specifications by January 15, 2026 to ensure sufficient production and inspection time before the holiday.
3. Holiday Shipping Adjustments

February 13 - 23, 2026: All regular electromagnet shipments will be suspended.

Emergency Support: For urgent electromagnet needs in special fields such as medical equipment or scientific research instruments, please contact our on-duty hotline directly. We will do our utmost to coordinate and provide solutions.
4. Post-Holiday Shipping Resumption

Starting from February 24, 2026: Full resumption of production, testing, and shipping of electromagnet products.

Order Processing: All electromagnet orders received during the holiday will be processed in chronological order starting from February 24.
5. Electromagnet-Related Service Arrangements
During the holiday period, the technical support and consultation services for electromagnets will be adjusted as follows:

February 13 - 15, 2026: Online technical consultation services will be available (covering electromagnet selection, application solutions, installation and commissioning guidance, etc.). Please note that there may be a slight delay in response time.

February 16 - 22, 2026: Technical consultation services will be suspended. For urgent issues, you can leave a message through our official channels, and we will prioritize handling them upon resumption of work.
6. Logistics Partner Reminder
Major logistics partners (including air, sea, and land transportation) will have adjusted service hours during the Spring Festival. To avoid project delays caused by logistics disruptions, we strongly recommend you plan the delivery schedule of electromagnet products in advance.
7. Pre-Holiday Inventory Check Reminder
We advise you to check your electromagnet inventory in advance, especially for easily worn components (such as coils and magnetic conductors). Please arrange restocking in a timely manner if there is a shortage to ensure the normal operation of your production during the holiday.
8. 2026 Project Planning Support
For electromagnet application projects scheduled for 2026, please arrange technical consultation before the holiday. We will sort out and process related project requirements in priority order upon resumption of work.
9. Post-Holiday Special Service
We will launch a special service for new projects after the holiday: providing priority production of electromagnet samples through our express prototyping channel to accelerate the progress of your new projects.
